Trek Vandecar of Vandal Blades has hit the scene with his first drop of the long time in-the-making 7.5" Chef Knife series. The first 10 have been crafted and we are privileged enough to work with him as his exclusive retailer. 

Fully US Made, these precision designed and chef knives feature a K-tip design, Japanese inspired, with a modern feel and look. The Denim Micarta handle scales are complimented by the Brass hardware (interchangeable and removeable for cleaning purposes), DLC Coating on the AEB-L blade, and Trek's signature 3-hole punch near the forward grind of the blade.
