Description

A Bead blasted finish, leaving a matte gray color with a light texture on the piece after blasting. This option is done with mixture of different grit glass beads to form a uniform finish with a natural texture and grip. Blasting services are offered as both an appealing finish and a coating/DLC/oxidation removal service. On top of that, if you're looking to have a pattern, logo, initials, or custom art bead blasted onto a blade or scale, check the box above and add details in the notes of the order during checkout!

This service is required for Titanium and Stainless parts that are coated if you wish to anodize those parts any other color.

This service can be applied to Titanium, Stainless Steel, Steel blades, Aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and other metallic materials.

Small Fixed Blades are up to 4in Blades

Large Fixed Blades are 4in + and cannot be tumbled usually.

Perfectly even blast, tip to tail, on a previously satin finished Ti pen. Adds great grip and looks fantastic too. Always top notch work from the guys!

Anodizing removal and bead-blasting

Titanium handles on my Spyderco Pingo were way too slick and had anodized art that didn’t suit me. For a modest fee and in less than a week, I had bead-blasted handles without the billboard art on what is now essentially a new knife. Couldn’t be happier.

Asked for all components of my knife be blasted to remove the black coating. All parts were executed perfectly and all had the same exact matching finish. Great work and a good looking knife!
