The Guardian Tactical Recon-035 brings an entire new feel tot he OTF Knife World. With its patented mechanism, opening and closing this blade is significantly smoother and very strong.  The locking mechanism has zero contact with the blade in motion, reducing friction and wear.  The thumb slide puts to use a steel plate and ceramic balls to eliminate typical OTF wear on the aluminum handle.  To top it off, they are now producing all blades in ELMAX Steel, a premium for the industry.
