 About the Bel-Air

The Kershaw Bel Air is one of those knives that surprised a lot of the knife community. For years, Kershaw was known for solid value-oriented folders, but the Bel Air landed in 2024 with premium materials, USA manufacturing, and a price that made people start comparing it to knives costing significantly more. The Bel Air was officially introduced in January 2024 as a new USA-made manual folder in Kershaw's lineup. It represented one of the company's first major premium manual knife launches from its Oregon factory in quite some time.

What made enthusiasts pay attention immediately was the combination of MagnaCut + aluminum scales + USA manufacturing at a relatively accessible price point. MagnaCut is widely considered one of the best all-around modern knife steels because it balances edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance exceptionally well.

DuraLock

Pre-Order will run for 2 weeks from 6/12 to 6/26, and scales are scheduled to be completed early August. Your order will come with a special drop sticker, a set of serialized scales, with a Kershaw of your choice (if you opt in) as well as a flat set of stonewashed titanium scales shipped free. Regarding cancellations/refunds, this pre-order is funding the overall project, if there are enough cancellations, this project could fall through, at which point everyone will be refunded. If you want to cancel your order, it is encouraged to find a person to purchase your spot just to not jeopardize the project as a whole. Otherwise, feel free to contact us regarding cancellation.
