Fully US Made, these precision designed and chef knives feature a K-tip design, Japanese inspired, with a modern feel and look. One-Off handle scales (interchangeable and removeable for cleaning purposes),Hand satin on the AEB-L blade, and Trek's signature 3-hole punch near the forward grind of the blade.
