Fully US Made, these precision designed and chef knives feature a K-tip design, Japanese inspired, with a modern feel and look. Dyed stabilized wood handle scales (interchangeable and removeable for cleaning purposes), Black Cerakote on the 1095 High Carbon blade, and Trek's signature 3-hole punch near the forward grind of the blade.
